- What is included with my Mevo+ purchase? Along with your Mevo+ you will receive a power adapter, USB charging cable, 100 metallic stickers, a carrying case, a 12-Course iOS E6 Connect license, and a quick-start guide.
- Does Mevo+ have a built-in camera? Yes, Mevo+ has a built-in camera for sensor alignment and video capture.
- How is the video recorded? Swing video can be captured with your Apple or Android device, as well as the radar's built-in camera, using the FS Golf application. Additional angles can be captured using the FS Multicam application which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. The video is synchronized with your device to automatically record and clip video of your swing with an optional data overlay.
- Does Mevo+ have its own power source? Yes. The battery life is up to 3 hours on a full charge, and up to 1.5 hours in simulator play. FlightScope offers extended battery life with an additional battery pack available to purchase as an add-on.
- What simulation software is Mevo+ integrated with? Mevo+ is integrated with TruGolf (E6 Connect) and comes with ownership of 12 golf courses. This bundle that comes with the purchase of Mevo+ is for iOS and Windows PC. Customers have the option to purchase additional E6 simulation packages if they want more courses. Mevo+ is also integrated with The Golf Club 2019 (PC), Awesome Golf (PC & iOS), E6 Connect (iOS & PC), and Creative Golf 3D (PC), and GSPro (PC).
- How do I charge my Mevo+? Only 5V USB charger that is supplied with the Mevo+ should be used to charge the unit. Please Note: 5V USB charger should not be modified, and longer USB cables should not be used as this may damage the battery charging circuit of the Mevo+. Use of any other charging block or USB cable that is not provided or approved by FlightScope may void the factory warranty.
- What is the minimum space required? You will need a minimum of 16 feet of depth in your room to use Mevo+ indoors. 7'-9' sensor to tee + 8' min distance to the net
- How many clubs can you input? You can input an unlimited number of clubs.
- Do you have to use metallic stickers? Metallic stickers are recommended to accurately measure spin indoors as ball flight is limited, but stickers are not needed during outdoor use. Mevo+ comes with 50 metallic stickers.
- Can measurements be displayed in yards and meters? The measurements can be converted to meters and km/h in the Mevo+ application.
- Which factors influence Mevo+ performance? Mevo+'s performance can be affected by fluorescent lighting, heavy machinery, excess metal, and/or any rotating objects (fans, air conditioning units, etc.) in the surrounding area.

FlightScope Mevo+ is covered by a 12-month limited hardware warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Returns
FlightScope hardware may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of receipt, less shipping, and any applicable restocking fees. Product(s) must be returned to FlightScope in the same condition as it was received and with all of its original packaging (Including boxes, bags, accessories, etc.). Customer assumes the risk of loss and is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning/exchanging a product. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a FlightScope error, FlightScope will charge a restocking fee of 3% for the FlightScope Mevo+, plus any applicable sales tax; Unless otherwise prohibited by law.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. If you decide you want to return your product, we will gladly assist you in the process. Please inspect your purchase when your package arrives. Product received damaged must be noted with the freight carrier at time of delivery. Contact us immediately no later than 24 hours from delivery time to report the damage. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
